21 CFR Part 11

Hi all,

1.Does SPSS Statistics is 21 CFR Part 11 compliant. 

2.Can we make SPSS output not to be editable, because if ppl can edit output how to rely on the data.

3.Can we protect data of SPSS not to edited by any other who uses our data ?
