AMOS Basic Cross-Group Constraints

I am fitting a multiple group model using AMOS 7.  I am having difficulty
identifying the proper syntax to specify cross-group constraints using
AMOS basic.  I can specify constraints within a group, but not across
groups.  Can anyone help with an example of code?
