Kia ora,
I need advice on using data that has been MI treated in AMOS.
I am using v26. My data set has about .3% missing data (MCAR), and 446
cases. I want to retain all cases.
I have used MI for the purpose of eliminating the missing data, so that I
can perform bootstrapping in AMOS.
First question: The MI data set generated by SPSS also contains the original
data set, which obviously contains the missing data; do I delete the
original data from the file before using?
Second question: Will this MI file be acceptable for bootstrapping? If not,
what is the best procedure to use (hoping to use latent constructs in AMOS).
Many thanks!
Tim
