AW: SPSS code books and variables

Further to previous mail, I've been playing around with custom tables and produced the following table for all the items in the attitudes to women battery, but I haven't found a way to get the full variable label into the first column except for the first item.  I've only included %, but suspect that for codebook purposes you need N.  The syntax from paste looks fearsome!
