Adding data labels to graphs

Is there a way I can data labels to the graph below.

If you the GRAPH command, the only way to add labels automatically is to

1)      Edit the chart in the chart editor

2)      Save the chart template, checking on the data labels.

3)      Use the TEMPLATE subcommand naming the chart template.

If you use the GGRAPH command, you can use the label function on the ELEMENT statement.
