I am a new user of SPSS and i would like to have your help about the problem i have to resolve in my analysis.
I work with a cohort of patients where i had previously analysed their blood and measured a specific protein in it.
The first group contains patients with a specific disease (gr. 1) and the second contains patients without the disease (gr. 2).
During my comparison of the 2 groups using the Mann Whitney U test i have found that there is a significant difference between the 2 groups regarding the date of sampling their blood.
How could i adjust for differences in the 2 groups based on this finding?and who should i report the results of the SPSS output in my tables?
