Advice

Thew, Barbara
Hi there

I have a colleague who has photo-sensitive epilepsy and wishes to change the screen colour to blue/yellow - can this be done in SPSS?

Thanks

Barbara

Re: Advice

It is my impression that on many  platforms  this is a function of the
operating system.   On Microsoft platforms there is something called themes.

Also under VISTA (and IIRC under windows)  there in a link to online
sources of help for accommodations.

Re: Advice - screen colors in SPSS

SPSS Support
Hello Barbara & Art,
As Art mentions, you will first need to set up your screen color preferences in the operating system. In SPSS versions prior to 16, SPSS should pick up those preferences. In SPSS 16 or 17, you need to direct SPSS to use those operating system preferences, rather than the SPSS standard. To do this, open the Edit menu and choose Options. In the General tab of the Options dialog, choose windows in the 'Look and feel' scroll bar and click OK. 'SPSS Inc. Standard' is the default option in that scroll bar.
