Agresti (2007)

Hello.

I am working through An Introduction to Categorical Data Analysis (2007) by Alan Agresti. Does anyone know of a resource for how to impose each of these models in SPSS 16?
Agresti provides most of the data but emphasizes SAS. I’ve been able to recreate most models in SPSS 16 (thus far) but I am hung up on a few.
