There is a dialog box for ORTHOPLAN, which generates a design, but CONJOINT is syntax only.

Yes, I've tried conjoint analysis in SPSS with the ORTHOPLAN ( which generates the cards) and the Conjoint ( which is thru syntax). 

I thought there is already something available in the extension hub, hence, I asked.
