Hi Alex,
Thank you for your reply. Yes, you’re right. It doesn’t seem possible to get regular ANOVA statistics (F, eta, …) bootstrapped, only descriptives and post-hocs can be obtained with bootstrap (wondering what would be the propose of a bootstrap in GLM if not even the F statistic can be obtained with bootstrap)
Best,
João

Hi João,
Assuming you're using the GLM procedure, I don't see support for the Partial Eta Squared statistic in bootstrapping; see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/spssstat/v20r0m0/topic/com.ibm.spss.statistics.help/bootstrap_analysis.htm and scroll down to GLM Univariate.

Subject: Bootstrap ANOVA in SPSS 19-20
Sent by: "SPSSX(r) Discussion" <[hidden email]>
Hi all,
I am trying to get some bootstrap results for ANOVA (specifically for the
Partial Eta Squared statistic) in SPSS 19.
I selected the Bootstrap option. SPSS loops through the defined bootstrap
samples, but the output shows no bootstrap results. All I got was a regular
ANOVA table. Does anybody know how to get the bootstrap statistics for
ANOVA?
Thanks in advance
João
