Bootstrap Samples with Zero Standard Error

bdates

I’m comparing several bootstrap approaches, including the bootstrap-t.  When I draw the samples, I get several with zero standard error, which makes calculation of the bootstrap-t solution impossible (division by 0).  What is the preferred way of handling this – a statement that the bootstrap-t cannot be calculated, or imputation of a value to replace the standard errors equal to zero?  Thanks.
