I’m
comparing several bootstrap approaches, including the bootstrap-t. When I
draw the samples, I get several with zero standard error, which makes
calculation of the bootstrap-t solution impossible (division by 0). What
is the preferred way of handling this – a statement that the bootstrap-t
cannot be calculated, or imputation of a value to replace the standard errors
equal to zero? Thanks.
