Bug in SPSS 16.0.1.3

valferes
Hi,

A think there is a bug in SPSS 16.0 (version 16.0.1.3). When we use OMS CONTROL PANEL to suppress from the output a SUBTYPE of TABLES, the program suppresses all the table subtypes, including the REPORT table.

For example, if we instruct the SPSS to suppress CASE PROCESSING SUMMARY from the output in SUMMARIZE command, we get no output.

Here is the syntax, provided that the user has an open and active file containing a variable named VAR1:

* OMS.
OMS
  /SELECT TABLES
  /IF COMMANDS=['Summarize'] SUBTYPES=['Case Processing Summary']
  /DESTINATION VIEWER=NO.

SUMMARIZE
  /TABLES=VAR1
  /FORMAT=VALIDLIST NOCASENUM TOTAL LIMIT=100
  /TITLE='Case Summaries'
  /MISSING=VARIABLE
  /CELLS=COUNT.
