You have to
insert another subtotal after 101 102 103.

Hello,
What if in the following variable $TS2 I want only 104,105,106 to be included
in Subtotal, not first 3 values? The order of values should hold.
/CATEGORIES VARIABLES= $TS2 [101, 102, 103, 104,105,106, SUBTOTAL='ABC', 108,
197, 199] EMPTY=INCLUDE POSITION=AFTER TOTAL=YES
