CTABLES request for assistance

Charley Trimble
Your help will be appreciated.  Thanks.
In the CTABLES below, Fiscal Year is an Ordinal variable with the
associated years.  How do you compute adjoining columns with respective
percentages where Revenues are 100% and the related row variables are
computed as a function of the 100% of Revenues for each respective year?

 Fiscal Year
 2007 2008 2009 2010

Revenues 300,364,032 323,115,027 347,543,493 392,869,040
