Can SPSS open Cognos PowerPlay Cube files (.mdc)

This is a long shot, but I’ve been asked to work with some Cognos PowerPlay Cube files (.mdc), and since Cognos is an IBM product, I thought there might be an outside chance… I have no experience or knowledge of Cognos, and do not have the software available to me. Can I open an .mdc file in SPSS?
