Can a 3D Scatterplot be exported to EXCEL and rotation still work

Sorry I do not have access to Excel or my files at the moment.

If a 3D scatterplot is created in SPSS one can rotate the plot in the output viewer.
If that plot is exported to Excel can the plot still be rotated?

If not does anybody have the link to the Viewer for SPSS 22?

Exported graphs are static and cannot be rotated.
I do not have a link to the Viewer.
