Changing Hardware and using same license ?

Shakeel Ahmed-2
Hi,
.
I have just started to use SPSS Base 17, however just after the installation
I have realized that this license is machine based and I will be changing my
laptop in a couple of weeks, Can anyone help me explaining the procedure of
shifting my this license to a new machine, I will uninstall it from this
machine, and this machine will be formatted as well. Any guidence or Link
explaining this will be highly appreciated.

Thank You.

Shakeel

Try re-using your authorization code again on the new machine to obtain a
license. If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact SPSS.
