Changing Month in Date Variable based on Condition

Hi,

 

I have a data file with 2 variables DOI (Date variable) and Filter. I want to change the month based on filter e.g. I want to change the month to Oct for Filter=3. Please provide the solution.

05-Apr-2014       1.00

06-Jun-2014        1.00

07-Mar-2014      1.00

08-Apr-2014       1.00
