Chart Builder doesn't provide a GUI for this. Use the origin function on the
SCALE statement:
SCALE: linear(dim(2), origin(100))

Hi All,
There is feature in IGraphs where you could change the bar "baseline",
that is you could have some bar aiming upwards, and other downwards.
Usually zero was used or some kind of benchmark. Has anyone figure out
how to do something like this with Chartbuilder or GPL.
