I have the student version of SPSS 14. I just updated with the patch but
it did not solve the problem. I can change all the text on the graphs,
except for the y axis label. I've tried clicking once, clicking twice,
clicking when a variety of other boxes were open. I've tried changing it
from vertical to horizontal, moving it to the other side of the chart,
and unchecking the label box, but nothing will eliminate the text or
make it editable. If I click on it, I get the blue box around it, but I
cannot get it to rdit. I don't have a problem editing any of the other
text. If I could even get rid of it, I can open another text box &
replace it, but I can't get rid of it. It is interesting that it also
has a line under it, the length of the chart, that should not be there.
This is a consistent problem with all the charts made through the Trends
module. Charts made through the Chart builder seem to work OK.
