If you are asking about tables, take a look at TableLooks. They allow you quite a lot of support for table styling. There are several that are installed with SPSS that will give you the idea. None is applied by the initial defaults, but you can set one as the default and have the styling always applied. Double click a table and choose Format/TableLooks to get started. You can set one as the default in Edit/Options/Pivot Tables.
If you are asking about charts, there is a chart template facility that is controlled in Edit/Options and in the Chart Editor.
