Is there a charter or set of posting guidelines for this mailing list? I ask this after reading a post that had absolutely nothing to do with SPSS, and also had no "off-topic" indicator (e.g., OT) in the subject line. My searches have been fruitless so far. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
