Clarify a DATASET error message

I just got this one:

DATASET CREATE   StrtDose.

 >Error # 1.  Command name: DATASET
 >The first word in the line is not recognized as an SPSS command.
 >This command not executed.


It is an error, of course; I meant "DATASET DECLARE". But the message
looks very strange, and certainly doesn't make the error clear.
