I sent Leon a copy of syntax I wrote and which was presented at SERA
last Feb. in a paper that Jason King and I prepared. The syntax is on
his sight, works on a macro with matrix solution, and provides results
for both conditional and unconditional variance estimates for Bennett's
S, Fleiss' generalized kappa, Cohen's kappa, Conger's kappa, and Gwet's
AC1. Both overall and category outcomes are produced. The sight is:
