M'hammed,
May you clarify what are your units of analysis? I mean what are your cases in the file? Each row represents for instance a person, or some other unit? The same unit (person) is observed at different times, or different units are observed each year? A cohort is usually a group of people starting in a given date (e.g. people born in the same year, or admitted to hospital in the same year). When you say cohort data, you may signify the same group of people observed at different years, or different groups (samples) of individuals of the same cohort observed in different years. Or perhaps you simply have the total or average of the cohort for each year. Please give more details about the current structure of your file/s: what are the rows, what are the columns, how many files you have. Only then one could be able to help more effectively.

Dear all,
I have cohort data for multiple years (2002-2006) and regions. The dataset

for each region and analyze the overall trend.
I’m looking for syntax file to combine the files, then run the trends
