Compute a variable with the logistic probability

Dear friends of the list

    I want to fit a binary logistic regression and compute in a new variable
with the
probability of each each line used in the model.
   In other step I want to apply a recall of this model in other base
similar of
the used in the fit again computing a new variable with the probabilities.

Is it possible?
