Computing ranks using the point-and-click approach

Margaret MacDougall
Hello

Is there a simple point-and-click (equivalently, menu driven) approach in SPSS for transforming a column of data into a new column of data containing the corresponding ranks of the original data?

Best wishes
Margaret

Apologies and thanks, Jon; I had been expecting to find this functionality under the 'Compute Variable' option.

Best wishes
Margaret
