Conditional logistic regression for matched pairs

I've just been informed by a colleague that conditional logistic regression with 1:1 matching can be performed via NOMREG.  The details are provided on David Garson's website:

Also note that there is a tutorial on this in online help: Help > Case Studies; then Regression Option > Multinomial Logistic > Using Multinomial Logistic to Analyze a 1-1 Matched Case Control Study.
