Confidence intervals in complex sample

Hello everyone...

How are confidence intervals calculated by the complex samples module?

They do not seem to follow the usual procedure (+- 1.96*SD) or +-1.96*SD*sqrtDEFF.

Any assistance with this will be highly appreciated.
