I have SPSS 19.0.0.1 with the interim fix 3 installed. As far as I can tell, this is the latest version of the software.
My issue is with copying and pasting from the output window. If I select "Copy Special," The boxes for "image" and "Metafile" are deselected. Generally, I want plain text and image selected (and nothing else). If I select what I want, then click "Save Default," it works....but only for the remainder of the session. When I restart, it's back to the same undesired defaults.
Is there any way to fix this so that my "Save as Default" selection actually gets Saved?
I've tried to solve this via the IBM Support Site. I could go on a crazed rant about that site. The worst I've ever seen. I used to hate SPSS's support site, but now I'd pay extra to have it back.
