Core dumps in V20 - best place to go for help

Hi,

I've been experiencing repeated core dumps when running syntax in version
20.  Where is the best place to go for help?  This list?  Direct to SPSS?

I'd imagine contacting IBM directly would be the best method, followed by forums like this one.
If you have a contact number and you're paying for the help/support from IBM then surely you should make use of it.

I'd install Fixpack 1 first, then go to tech support if the problem persists.
