Dear all,
I am evaluating intellectual impairment in children.
These subjects are classified as either impaired (1) or not impaired (0).
I have data collected for these subjects over a number of years.
I am trying to evaluate whether the percentage of impaired children over
time changed significantly.
HOWEVER, I would like to correct for several variables that may affect this
outcome. Such as, maternal education (which varied accross the study period)
and clinical factors impacting each child (prematurity, certain illnesses
...etc).
Using spss, I am able to run a binary logistic regression. In the output
table I am also able to see how each of the variables entered in the model
contribute to the ultimate outcome of intellectual impairment.
NOW, I would like to obtain from this analysis (which I am hoping is the
right one) is an adjusted OR, 95% CI and a p value for changes in
intellectual impairment over time correcting for all these other variables i
mentioned earlier at once.
Is this info available in the output of the binary logistic regression, if
yes, where is it please? if not, which analysis specifically should I run?
Thank you for your help.
