Curvefit: Q: Statistical interpretation

Dear SPSS-fellows,

I have a time row of 12 data points. Using a quadratic function,
CURVEFIT gives me the following output:

Model specification: R squared: .196; F = 1.094; df1: 2; df2: 9; p = .375;
Parameter estimates: Intercept: 17.277; b1: 0.086; b2: 0.010

Do I interpret this right: The p value tells me that both slopes (b1 and
b2) are not significantly different from “0”. That is: A horizontal line
paralleling the x-axis (constant) would fit the data well?
