Hi Everyone,
Is it possible to determine where the summary statistics are placed in a custom table? As an example, if I wanted to place count and column % (in the column), is it possible to have the counts for all of the categories together and then all of the column %'s? Right now, the default is to place the count and column% next to each other for every column category. Many thanks in advance, Brock ====================To manage your subscription to SPSSX-L, send a message to [hidden email] (not to SPSSX-L), with no body text except the command. Often in this case, people put the statistics in the rows, but that isn't always suitable. To group each statistic together, put the variable(s) in question in the table twice with the same other dimension. Here's an example.
CTABLES /TABLE educ [C] BY jobcat [C][COUNT F40.0] + jobcat [C][ROWPCT.COUNT]. Thanks Jon. I actually cannot believe I never attempted to use the
variables twice.
