Description Responsible
for statistical analysis in support of business plans. The Customer
Satisfaction Analyst will analyze data, produce reports and graphics, write
summary reports and/or recommendations that translate the findings of analyses
into non-technical action plans understandable by non-statisticians. The
Customer Satisfaction Analyst will also create and/or continually update the
process guide for running the Customer Satisfaction program. Job Duties ·
Full analysis of customer satisfaction data sets. ·
Apply SPSS software to derive results. ·
Understand data and the different ways to interpret
and utilize information ·
Manage large amounts of data and appropriately apply
data reduction and exploratory analysis techniques. ·
Create standard and ad hoc client reports. ·
Use statistical techniques to evaluate, quantify, and
prioritize marketing issues, problems, and opportunities. ·
Synthesize information, identifying key findings and
associated implications for strategy. ·
Provide educated recommendations on the CSI program. ·
Create reports and recommendations using professional
writing style and skills. ·
Provide quality assurance reviews for campaign
development work. ·
Stay current and informed on new trends with CSI measurements. Education and/or
Experience: 3+ years experience in direct
marketing, marketing analysis with demonstrated superior analytical,
qualitative, and logical problem-solving skills required. Also required: v
Thorough understanding of direct
marketing and campaign management concepts v
Excellent SQL, SPSS 17 or above and
relational database skills v
Data manipulation, preparation and
presentation skills v
Proficiency with Microsoft Office v
Familiarity with customer
segmentation concepts v
Demonstrated high level
understanding of statistics v Bachelor’s
degree preferred v Master’s
degree a plus |
