Direct SPSS Output Export into PDF

Peter Omondi
Dear All,

Am currently trying to export my SPSS pivot tables directly into PDF but
unfortunately it is doing so upto a certain level and then dropping off. I
have tried with several machines but I have realized that the machine
capacity also determines the process as well. The document is 24,618KB, what
machine specification would you recommend or is there a way I can
export/convert into PDF and the pivots tables to have the out lining.

Regards,

Pomondi

You may try to use "OMS"
___

OMS
  /SELECT TABLES
  /IF COMMANDS=['Frequencies'] SUBTYPES=['Frequencies']
  /DESTINATION FORMAT =pdf OUTFILE= "...Your folder path
here\name_of_file.pdf".

frequencies var1 var2 var3.

OMSend.

___
This will export the var1 to var3 frequency tables into a pdf file named
"name_of_file"
