Dissimilarity Ratio in Cluster Analysis

Achita Muthitacharoen
I am working on a project using cluster analysis and came across one
statistics called "Dissimilarity Ratio". I cannot find any stat book that
discusses about this in detail. I'd appreciate your help explaining how to
calculate such a statistics. Any tips or references will be very useful.

Regards,
Achita

Hi
Dissimilarity ratio or degree of disproportion is used to calculate the systemic disassociation between the categorical data. It shows you how much the two different categorical data are different in a  particular context. To understand clearly, try this link: http://faculty.vassar.edu/lowry/fisher.html
