Doing Rasch analysis in SPSS with R software

Can we do Rasch Analysis in SPSS with the R software.  I would appreciate for any inputs.

I do not know about the SPSS part of your question, but R can do Rasch analysis:

There is an extension command for Rasch models, SPSSINC RASCH, that can be downloaded from SPSS Developer Central (www.spss.com/devcentral).
