Don't see the server 2008 directories from the client workstation when start SPSS application at the client machine

I need a help on the next problem:
SPSS Sever 18 is installed under Windows 2008 operating system.
Clients with the administrator rights achieve Server in the distributed
mode from his workstation, open remote files on the Server and have
possibility to work.
When a client, who is not in the group of administrators, attempts to
achieve server in the distributed mode from his workstation, he doesn’t
see directories on the Server. The window “Open Remote File” does not
appear and noting happened.
