This is a recently coined term to describe a two-way interaction. You
should be able to Google that.
Very often in evaluation the hope is that the pre-post difference on
some DV will be different between a treatment and a comparison group.
This can also be called a difference in changes.
The interaction term between two nominal level independent variables is
a difference in differences.
