EFA SYNTAX WITH MATRIX DATA

Hello.
I am trying to impose an EFA with unweighted least squares factoring with the code at the end of this message. The output shows only the results for principal component solution along with this error message: >Error # 1. Command name: /VARIABLES >The first word in the line is not recognized as an SPSS command. >This command not executed. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong? First of all, in the line
FACTOR /matrix=in(cor*). delete the full stop (".") at the end.
