Enlarging output window

Jeff A

Hello all,

I’m doing more teaching on-line lately due to the pandemic and needing to enlarge my spss windows (and/or the fonts within the windows) since the default size of fonts and other output isn’t viewable to students when I’m sharing my screen with them during online sessions. I’ve found that it’s easy to enlarge the font in both the data editor window and syntax window and that does the trick although it would be preferable to enlarge the entire window so it’s easier to see the menu items and icons. I can also enlarge the fonts for titles in the output window (via edit > options), but I can’t find a way to enlarge either the entire output window or just the various common output tables (like frequencies, descriptives, regression output, etc). I can do this via the OS (windows 10) magnifier, but that’s not ideal for a number of reasons.

Is there any easy way for me to enlarge the 3 main spss windows without enlarging everything on my entire computer monitor ?

Best,

Jeff

Re: Enlarging output window

Go to Start > Settings > Ease of Access > Display

You can enlarge text there, although it won't be specific to SPSS Statistics.  It's better than Magnifier.
