I can not suggest links on spss because this is not an spss problem. I'd
suggest that you google 'factor analysis' and read the links you find there.
In addition to wikipedia, I'm very confident that a number of instructors
have posted links to their notes or other materials on interpreting the
factor loading matrix. If you are at a university, I'd suggest a book on
factor analysis. Briefly, you just found out that you have an item that is
more or less centrally related to two factors. Assuming that you did not
intend that result, the question to ask yourself is why did your respondents
think that to be so. Knowing nothing about your study, my opinion is that
that item is a 'bad' item because it has nearly equal (and, I assume, large)
loadings on two factors.
