Format for "PROCEDURE OUTPUT" file for "SURVIVAL" command.

Daniel E WILLIAMS
Hello all,

I'm using the PROCEDURE OUTPUT command to get a formated text file
containing the SURVIVAL command's output.  The problem is, I cannot
figure out the format of the stored data.  Is there a key or trick to
this?  Is there anyway to control the output format?  Thanks.

No and no (to my knowledge). I recommend you to use OMS instead of
PROCEDURE OUTPUT (I suppose you are using SPSS 12 or newer).

not understand. SPSS syntax guide cannot supply this knowledge, and it
is certainly no substitute for the basic understanding of statistics
and statistical thinking that is essential for the wise choice of
methods and the correct interpretation of their results".
