Formatting Output/Pivot Tables--SPSS v16.0.2

Hello List:

I was wondering if anyone knew of add-ins or manual ways to format output tables to meet specific academic/stylistic preferences. I’m most interested in having my output resemble the American Psychological Association’s (5^th ed) specification for tables.
