Formulas used in SPSS SamplePower

Dear Members,

I am looking for a document/file within the Help of SPSS SAMPLEPOWER containing the formulas used in determining the sample size, power, etc.  Unfortunately, I cant find them.  Are these formulas provided by IBM SPSS?
