From the command: frequencies variables=var1.
Is there a way to chose only: Frequency and Valid Percent from the four columns that the table presents (Frequency, Percent, Valid Percent and Cumulative Percent). Thanks, Elise |
Elise,
Double-click on the table. Hold the Ctrl and Alt key down together and right click with the mouse, and then select Hide Category from the drop down menu. Anyway that's how it can be done in version 13. Bonne chance. Dominic,
It is good to know that it is possible that way, but I would like to know if there is an option that allows me to chose the columns because I have many tables and don't want to go inside each one manually. Yes, I see what you mean, Elise. But that I don't know, perhaps if you look
into the scripts that are available, or this might be a job for Custom Tables, which I don't use, so I am just guessing here. Perhaps somebody else on the list will know. Pardon. Thanks for responding. I don't know how to use scripts. So I will keep on looking and learn.

This is easily done with Custom Tables if you have this option.

Try the MODIFY TABLES Command after the FREQUENCIES Command:
FREQUENCIES VARIABLES = var1 . SPSSINC MODIFY TABLES SUBTYPE = "Frequencies" SELECT = 1 3 DIMENSION = COLUMNS LEVEL = -1 PROCESS = PRECEDING HIDE = TRUE /STYLES APPLYTO = BOTH. /HTH, PR Beauregard Elise wrote > From the command: frequencies variables=var1. > > Is there a way to chose only: Frequency and Valid Percent > from the four columns that the table presents (Frequency, Percent, Valid > Percent and Cumulative Percent). > > Thanks, > Elise -- Sent from: http://spssx-discussion.1045642.n5.nabble.com/ ===================== To manage your subscription to SPSSX-L, send a message to [hidden email] (not to SPSSX-L), with no body text except the command.
