Frequency table in months

Dear list members
I have got a daily time series information regarding call attendance of a service firm. Is it possible to get a monthwise frequency of call attendance. kindly help

If you have dates, you should be able to calculate a month variable
using XDATE.MONTH.

XDATE.MONTH. XDATE.MONTH(datevalue). Numeric. Returns the month (an
integer between 1 and 12) from a numeric value in date format, as
created by the DATE.xxx functions or read by one of the DATE input
formats.

Then you should be able to run a frequency on that or aggregate data by
month if that is what you prefer.
Does your data go more tha one year?

Do you have any date information at all? You need something to either
identify the series value or anchor the 1st date provided you have one entry
for every day of the month.

Glad I looked. I posted,

>COMPUTE CallMnth = DATE.DMY(1,

>                             XDATE.MONTH(CallDate)).

The COMPUTE should be (!!),

COMPUTE CallMnth = DATE.DMY(1,
                             XDATE.MONTHCallDate),
                             XDATE.YEAR(CallDate)).

I transposed "MONTH" and "YEAR" in the arguments.
