Frequent Error when Building Custom Dialog: Error saving dialog ...

Dear all,

I frequently get an error when I try to save a Custom Dialog:



It seems related to the tiny (16 x 16 px) icon for the menu (see end of warning: "mini_logo.png"). A workaround seems to be to have two similar icons and toggle between them before each save.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? How can I solve this?
