You can set the text, title, and page title fonts, including font family, size, style, and color in Edit>Options>Viewer.  You can set pivot table fonts with a tableLook, and chart fonts with a template.

Is this possible? If so - how?
The only mention of font choice I can find is applicable to the data viewer.
